Limos and More’s Green Policy
Limos and More with WiFi is dedicated to contributing to a sustainable future for our planet. We reduce consumption, waste and pollution wherever identified. We reuse or recycle wherever possible. We conserve energy, water, and other natural resources. We comply with environmental regulations and strive to buy, sell, and use environmentally friendly products. And, by educating employees, customers and other businesses we can make a difference.
For Your Information
In general, all reservations, except standard airport transfers, require a deposit of one third of the total estimated cost, or $300 whichever is greater, before reservation confirmation can be completed. The deposit can be made only by major credit card. The balance of the charges will be collected the day before the event, or at the very latest on the same day the service begins. This balance can be paid by credit card, or cash to the driver. Keep in mind, if using your credit card you will need to fill out a “Credit Card Payment Authorization Form“ and FAX it back to Limos and More with WiFi before we can finalize the transaction. Also, please familiarize yourself with Limos and More with WiFi cancellation and pet friendly policies. Services that include transporting a pet will require a $300 cleaning deposit. We will start to “HOLD” on the day of the event and “RELEASE” at the end of the trip if there was not any incident during the journey.
The Airport Authority does not allow drivers to collect the fare at the curbside. The amount due will be collected before the transfer begins. A cash gratuity can be accepted at curbside. Limos and More with WiFi requires only a valid credit card at the time of the reservation when you are booking for Airport Transfers. Charges will not be incurred until the day of the trip. This way you can choose any of our available payment methods, see methods below. Upon reservation your card will be validated for $1.00 and refunded immediately.
Guidelines to Cancel, Reschedule or Modify any Booking
Confirmed reservation can be rescheduled at no charge or cancelled for a fee of $45.00, if requested 7 days or more prior to the scheduled pick up time and date. Less than 7 days notice of cancellation will result in a fee of 100% of the estimated total charge except for airport transfers.
The guidelines to cancel a confirmed airport transfer reservation are as follows; cancelling between
3-7 days before pick up time will result in a fee of 25% of the estimated total charge,
1-3 days before pick up time will result in a fee of 50% of the estimated total charge,
12-24 hours before pick up time will result in a fee of 75% of the estimated total charge,
less than 12 hours before pick up time, or ‘No Show’ will result in a fee of 100% of the estimated total charge.
To modify one time an existing airport reservation can be requested at no charge.
To change an hourly charter reservation, such as a wine tour, will depend on the availability of the vehicle and driver. We will make every effort to accommodate all of your needs and requests.

Pet Friendly Limo Service in The Bay Area
Our Pet Policy:
We all love our pets and take them every place we can. Limos and More with WiFi is there to help wherever we can. Your pet is always welcome to travel with us. There is no extra charge but like everything else in life there are some limitations. Pets allowed are dogs, cats, rabbits, and household birds. The pet must be less than 50 pounds and stay in its container (including head and tail) at all times while in the vehicle. Your carrier must approximate the dimensions below. Animals with offensive odors or those that create a noise disturbance will not be allowed.

The carrier will count as a passenger against the total number of occupants allowed in the vehicle. Clean up and/or repair from pet accidents or damage in the vehicle will be the responsibility of the passenger. To learn more about the passenger’s liability click here.
The driver has final discretion in any matter concerning transporting of a pet.
Any damage, as determined by Limos and More with WiFi, caused by the client or anyone in the client’s party, during the rental period of the vehicle shall be the responsibility of the client. Damage includes but is not limited to unexpected wear and tear to the carpet or upholstery, burns from cigarettes or other paraphernalia, spills or breakage to any parts of the interior or exterior of the vehicle.
- Limos and More with WiFi shall not be liable for circumstances beyond its control including but not limited to weather, road construction and mechanical failure.
- Limos and More with WiFi assumes no responsibility for baggage, whether lost or damaged; or personal belongings/items left in the vehicle.
- Limos and More with WiFi reserves the right to change its terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
- Terms or conditions not included here are subject to sole interpretation at the discretion of Limos and More with WiFi.
Limos and More with WiFi is dedicated to taking care of you and your family. When you are traveling with young children we do have child seats available, however, please let us know when you make your reservation if you need any of these seats. If you have your own child seat, all of our vehicles are equipped to handle them. Again, please let us know in advance if you will need this type of equipment and the age, weight of the child(ren), and if you need a forward or rear facing child seat.
